Licensing of PRINCE2 Intellectual Property

The content of the OGC core PRINCE2 publications as published by TSO is protected by Crown copyright, and may only be used under licence from OGC. Similarly the trade marks associated with PRINCE2 are owned by OGC and a licence is required to re-use them.

PRINCE2 Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations are licensed to use the PRINCE2 Accreditation mark and official PRINCE2 content in accredited training courses and marketing activities relating directly to their accredited offerings. Accredited organisations wishing to use OGC's intellectual property for any other purpose must apply to APM Group for a Trade Mark (and Copyright) Licence.

Unaccredited organisations and individuals must apply to APM Group for a Trade Mark (and Copyright) Licence if they wish to use the PRINCE2 trade mark (word mark) or Crown copyright from official PRINCE2 publications.
