Only PRINCE2 Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations accredited by APMG are permitted to use the PRINCE2 Cityscape logo as a benefit of accreditation. This logo should only be used for PRINCE2 2005 courses and is due to expire on 31st December 2009. The Cityscape logo may not be used by any other organisations or individuals.
The PRINCE2 Cityscape logo™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries.
The PRINCE2 logo will eventually be replaced by the new PRINCE2 swirl logo in line with the PRINCE2: 2009 Refresh.
Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations accredited by APMG will be the only organisations permitted to use the PRINCE2 logo in the form of their Accreditation Mark (as shown below). This logo is to be used when referring to PRINCE2 2009 only and as of 1st January 2010 will be the only PRINCE2 logo available.

The content of the OGC core PRINCE2 publications as published by TSO is protected by Crown copyright, and may only be used under licence from OGC. Similarly the trade marks associated with PRINCE2 are owned by OGC and a licence is required to re-use them.
PRINCE2 Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations are licensed to use the PRINCE2 Accreditation mark and official PRINCE2 content in accredited training courses and marketing activities relating directly to their accredited offerings. Accredited organisations wishing to use OGC's intellectual property for any other purpose must apply to APM Group for a Trade Mark (and Copyright) Licence.
Unaccredited organisations and individuals must apply to APM Group for a Trade Mark (and Copyright) Licence if they wish to use the PRINCE2 trade mark (word mark) or Crown copyright from official PRINCE2 publications.
