Use Of PRINCE2 Intellectual Property

Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations

Only PRINCE2 Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations accredited by APMG are permitted to use the PRINCE2 Cityscape logo as a benefit of accreditation. The Cityscape logo may not be used by any other organisations or individuals.

The PRINCE2 Cityscape logo™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries.

The PRINCE2 logo will eventually be replaced by the new PRINCE2 swirl logo in line with the P2:2009 project and is expected to be launched in April 2009.

Licensing of PRINCE2 Crown Copyright

The content of the OGC core PRINCE2 publications as published by TSO is protected by Crown copyright, and may only be used under licence from OGC.

PRINCE2 Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations are permitted to use the PRINCE2 trade mark and copyright material from core PRINCE2 publications under licence in accredited materials and marketing activities that relate directly to their accredited offerings. Accredited organisations wishing to use OGC's intellectual property for other purposes must apply to APMG for a Trade Mark Licence.

Unaccredited organisations and individuals must apply to APMG for a Trade Mark Licence if they wish to use the PRINCE2 trade mark (word mark) or copyright from official PRINCE2 publications.
