1. Definition

1.1 - Material: The Official Glossaries/Acronyms of any Cabinet Office Best Practice Publication as published by or on behalf of the Cabinet Office.

1.2 - You, Your: Anyone reproducing the Material.

1.3 - We: The Cabinet Office of Rosebery Court, St Andrew's Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0HS.

1.4 - Period: The lifetime of the Material.

1.5 - Products: Your products containing the Material.

1.6 - Best Practice Publication: The series of PRINCE2 publications are published by or on behalf of the Cabinet Office.

2. Grant

2.1 - We grant you the non-exclusive right to use, reuse, republish, copy and reproduce the Material in your Products for the Period.

2.2 - The licence is personal to you and does not allow you to download the Material to your website for access by others. You may link to this page from your website to make other users aware of the Material available.

3. Your Obligations

3.1 - to reproduce the Material accurately from the official source.

3.2 - to feature the following notice in your Products:

• "© Crown copyright 20XX. All rights reserved. Material is reproduced with the permission of the Cabinet Office under delegated authority from the Controller of HMSO."

Where there is insufficient space to allow for the full acknowledgement to be used, an abbreviated form may be used:

• "© Crown copyright 20XX. Reproduced with permission from the Cabinet Office"

3.3 - to acknowledge the Cabinet Office's trade marks, by featuring the relevant trade mark acknowledgement statement on the Material, shown below:

• PRINCE2® is a registered trade mark of the Cabinet Office

3.4 - not to use the Material for the principal purpose of advertising or promoting a particular product or service, or in a way which could imply endorsement by any government department, or generally in a manner which is likely to mislead others.

3.5 - not to present out-of-date versions of the Material as being current.
