AFA maintains a balance between training and consultancy in the belief that clients benefit from access to trainers with recent experience and consultants who can carry out skills transfer.  Along with its schedule of open courses, AFA offers the same training on an in-house (client) basis.  Further specialised courses are also available on this basis, all of which can be tailored to meet client's specific needs.
We have particular expertise in mentoring delegates who have attended training courses to assist them to assimilate newly acquired skills.  AFA provides a range of consultancy services, including:
