Codarra Advanced Systems is a wholly Australian owned company that specialises in the management of complex projects.  In particular, Codarra Advanced Systems provides services in software engineering consultancy, business process consultancy, acquisition management consultancy, systems integration, and training.  The company's services are supported by a team of professional engineers, logisticians and project managers with skills in communications engineering. aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and security engineering.  The company's head office is in Canberra with representation in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.  We have been providing professional services to both the Government and private sectors for more than 10 years.

Codarra has taught and implemented PRINCE2 in numerous projects. Our client base includes the Department of Defence, Sydney?s University of Technology, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and other Government Departments and private industry in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

PRINCE2 for Practitioners
This comprehensive, 4-day course is designed specifically for project managers and their teams. The course focuses on a project scenario to demonstrate how easy PRINCE2 is to use, its benefits to the Project Management Team, and uses practical examples of the supporting documentation.

PRINCE2 for Senior Managers
This half-day overview is designed specifically for Senior Management who are involved with projects using PRINCE2 and need a basic comprehension of the methodology.

PRINCE2 Overview
This one-day overview course is designed specifically for project staff who are involved with projects using the PRINCE2 project management methodology and need to understand the processes, components and techniques being used by the Project Management Team.  

About our Trainers and Consultants
All our trainers are experienced project managers and experts in their field. We have credible trainers who are experienced practical project managers. For example our principal trainer is Mr Leo Farrelly, a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and Trainer, who has extensive hands-on project management experience. Mr Farrelly has a wealth of project management knowledge and experience in high technology areas (primarily IT&T industry) and has first hand experience in all aspects of the development of projects in the Government environment.
